Portfolio Company Allye Secures $2.5 million Seed Funding
Elbow Beach is pleased to announce its further investment in Allye Energy, who today announced it has successfully completed a $2.5 million seed funding round to accelerate deployment of its smart battery energy storage technology, backed by strong commercial momentum with a confirmed order book of$2.7 million and project pipeline exceeding $10.7 million. The strategic funding combines equity and debt financing, providing flexible capital to support the scale up of manufacturing and delivery of energy storage systems to both grid-connected and off-grid applications where traditional power infrastructure is unavailable or insufficient.

Elbow Beach has invested in sees.ai, the UK’s leading autonomous aerial solutions pioneer, as part of a £3.65million funding round alongside Sustainable Future Ventures, Hearst Ventures and WakeUp Capital. This funding will accelerate sees.ai’s ability to deliver unprecedented insights that transform how critical infrastructure is designed, developed and managed nationally and internationally.

Elbow Beach Backs Britain’s Entrepreneurs with Launch of New Up To £80M Climate Impact Fund
Cornerstoned by the British Business Bank, Elbow Beach’s second fund has secured £63M in commitments to date, including up to £50M from the Bank itself. Elbow Beach Capital has led a £900k seed investment round into battery technology and energy storage pioneers, Allye. Allye provides distributed energy storage at the grid edge working in partnership with electricity networks to accelerate decarbonisation while enabling end-users to lower energy costs by up to 50%.
